Typically, Lakewood artist building the Screw Factory doesn’t have an open house in the summer but it seems like this year everyone’s trying to shake off the slumber of the last year and a half and celebrate Christmas in July.
So a small, select group of the building’s artists will open for one day only Saturday July 24. So if you have any birthdays or special occasions coming up — or like to get your holiday shopping done super early — stop on by.
Among the artists who will be participating are Katie’s Creations and Little Faces with jewelry, potters Third Option and Rya no Sakebi, Gina DeSantis and Leah Gary with ceramics, b studio framing, M.C. Nagel with paintings and ceramics, sculptor Diana Bjel and Jam Dance Academy. They’re promising others will be open as well.
