The Movement Project Dances Live in Tremont

Fri 4/16 & Sat 4/17 @ 8PM

Slowly, performing arts groups are coming back to life after a year that featured some limited outdoor programming but nothing much after that as the weather got cold and the pandemic surged.

The Movement Project, the Tremont-based contemporary dance ensemble and school, which says “Dance making is our form of expression and communication,” is, as you can imagine, chomping at the bit to start performing for live audiences again. They’ll be doing so with an evening of works called REVIVE: Restoring Live Performance 6 Ft Apart. The program will have two masked, socially distanced performances at the company’s base in Tremont, Pilgrim Church.

Tickets are $16 online pre-sale only. Seating is limited, masks are required and there are designated arrival times. Go here for more information and tickets.
