Light It Up

Time to turn the corner and turn it up.

Our local culture is lighting the way. This week we throw the CoolCleveland spotlight on Community Greenhouse Partners, expanding their CSA in time for spring. Light a candle for the Capitol Theatre’s 100th birthday, and celebrate a new future for the Morgan Conservatory with a national juried show as Leonard Young is appointed ED after serving as interim on and off since 2017. BOP STOP lights up the radio dial picking up network affiliates in Texas and Wisconsin for their Live at the BOP STOP radio program.

Home growers can check out seeds at the Cleveland Seed Bank’s libraries, WRUW holds its first fundraiser in 2 years, and BW & PHS present an original hip-hop musical. The CMNH Planetarium turns the lights back on with a show about the Mars landing. Monday is National Grilled Cheese Day, so Melt is donating 20% to Lakewood’s Beck Center. Now that’s how you lighten your neighbor’s load.
