The good news is that the Nature Center at Shaker Lakes’ annual plant sale WILL be taking place in person this year on Saturday May 8.
But for those who can’t or still don’t feel comfortable going out, they’ve continued to make it easier to order plants online for home delivery within 20 miles of the Nature Center. Just go to their website to find the catalog and choose from a huge range of native plants — annual and perennial flowers and plants, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, trees and vines. They include some unusual and hard-to-find varieties, all grown by local growers.
