Vocalist Carol Leslie is no stranger to the BOP STOP. The native of Edinburgh, Scotland performs at the club often, and even recorded her most recent CD there a couple years ago, Carol Leslie: Live at the BOP STOP.
Her blue-eyed soul style is heard at black-tie galas, fundraisers and anywhere a bit of style is called for. Leslie dives deep into her passion, the Great American Songbook, and her repertoire ranges from Frank Sinatra to Amy Winehouse.
For this gig, she teams up with pianist Ed Ridley, bassist Jeff Slater and drummer Ricky Exton, all top jazz performers in the area.
For her livestream, she promises a mix of jazz, contemporary tunes and R&B.
