BOP STOP Streams Cleveland Cello Society Scholarship Winners Recital

Sun 1/24 @ 3PM

For fans of cello music who are missing the concerts presented by the Cleveland Cello Society, here’s some good news.

While you can’t go back to the concert hall quite yet, the BOP STOP is a recital by the groups 2019 Scholarship Competition winners. The concert will feature performances by seven students: Gold Prize and Agnew Bach Prize winner Lydia Rhea and Silver Prize co-winners James Hettinga and Myeonggyun, all of whom study at the Cleveland Institute of Music; Senior Division (high school) winners, Laura Schilz and Art Webb; Junior Division (middle school) winner Louis Wang; and Elementary Division winner Collin Si.

The recital will stream on the BOP STOP’s Facebook page. It’s free but donation will be gratefully accepted for the nonprofit Cleveland Cello Society here.
