Are you one of those people who just can’t get through the holidays without a dose of a yuletide staple like The Nutcracker or A Christmas Carol?
Good news! The Akron-based Ohio Shakespeare Festival is present A Christmas Carol: Radio Play, adapted from the classic Charles Dickens story by Nancy Cates.
A full cast will enact the tale, complete with what they call a “spooky and sparkling soundscape” (sound effects to enhance the performance), with a different “stave” or chapter airing each Saturday in December @ 7pm.
