Local dynamo Shelly Gracon, an entrepreneur of creative ideas who founded Glo Cleveland, has launched the #WeLoveYou campaign, a digital platform to bolster other entrepreneurs and creators impacted by the pandemic.
It’s launched a fundraiser and a membership program called Drop Shop, an ecommerce dropshipping platform for entrepreneurs to do business online. It’s also working to connect creative entrepreneurs with others to help them figure out how to adjust to new modes of doing business and access resources to help them do so.
“Small businesses are in crisis and we want to help,” says Gracon. “It’s reported that more than 100,000 small businesses have closed due to COVID-19 and more than 44 million Americans have filed for unemployment since the start of the pandemic. We want to continue to innovate as well as bring together experts to provide insights, strategies and resources — local and national — that are needed to immediately help small businesses, freelancers, creatives and entrepreneurs pivot and thrive.”
