Have a Safe Thanksgiving!

Sure, maybe you look forward to seeing your extended family or family of friends on Thanksgiving, and eating more food on one day than you normally eat in a week (Or maybe you don’t). But we hope you will take a pass this year. Infections are surging all across Ohio and the reports of overloaded and understaffed hospitals are sounding truly scary. Don’t take the risk of catching COVID-19 or infecting an elderly relative. Stay home.

Look on the bright side: instead of running around getting ready for a big celebration and spending hours being exhaustingly sociable, even to Uncle Bill who knows exactly how the election was stolen from Trump and insists on telling everyone over and over, you can stay in your PJs all day, read a book or re-watch a favorite movie, and forego the huge meal in favor of your favorite comfort food, like a big bowl of popcorn. Your cat and dog don’t demand conversion and feigned politeness, only head scratches and treats.

Infinitely more relaxing and who doesn’t need that right now?
