Free Livestreamed Concert Traces the History of Organ Music

Wed 11/4 @ noon

Nicole Keller, who teaches organ at Baldwin Wallace University Conservatory of Music, is known as a premiere performer on the instrument in this region, with mastery of both the traditional and contemporary repertoire. She’s very familiar to music aficionados at Trinity Cathedral downtown, where she is the associate organist.

She’ll be featured in the next of Trinity’s Brownbag concerts, which normally take place every Wednesday noon at the cathedral, although this year, they’re livestreamed on alternative Wednesdays at Trinity’s Facebook Live page. In her hour-long program, called Arc of the Organ, she’ll traces how music for the organ has changes across centuries.

Go here to listen. The livestream link will appear about 15 minutes prior to the start of the concery.
