The Maltz Performing Arts Center’s Silver Hall virtual concert series has been presenting an array of outstanding talent twice a week, ranging from classical musicians to jazz ensembles to sing-songwriters.
This Sunday it’s offering a singer/songwriter/guitarist you shouldn’t miss if you’re not familiar with her, and will probably make point of catching if you are. Diana Chittester has been around the scene for more than a decade, but she’s constantly growing her skills as a songwriter and guitarist and her impact as a vocalist, with nuanced intensity, as she demonstrated on her latest album 2018’s Paradox. She also recently started a podcast series spotlighting pioneering women guitarist such as Elizabeth Cotton.
