A lot of the usual summer maker markets and art fairs have been cancelled for this summer. But a new one is making its debut, hoping to provide those idled local makers with an opportunity to sell their stuff.
Platform Brewery will be hosting the outdoor Phunk Market, named after its Phunkenship brewing facility. It will feature vendors such as Betty’s Retro, Furahi: a taste ofHome, RapArts Gallery at 7th Street Studios, Awaken Your Soul Watercolor & Wood, MIXD Fashion and Anne Cate, who makes purses, pouch and wallets with skylines of more than 100 cities. There’ll be food available and of course Platform beers.
And they’ll be donating one dollar from every beer sold to Friends of CITY DOGS Cleveland, who will have an information booth so you can learn about all the great work they do to help care for and find homes for dogs that end up in the kennel. If you’re interested in being a vendor, go here.
