CLE Shakespeare Festival Performs a Virtual “Julius Caesar”

Sat 8/15 @ 7PM

The Cleveland Shakespeare Festival was gearing up for another season of traveling shows, presented around northeast Ohio for free in various outdoor public spaces. They had the usual two plays —this year A Comedy of Errors and Julius Caesar — in the works.

Of course, the pandemic derailed their plans, as it did so many others. But you can still see their Julius Caesar this Saturday as part of Tremont’s Arts in August on Saturday August 15. You’ll be at home watching it online, of course, not in Lincoln Park, but you can watch it anytime after that if that day and time aren’t convenient for you.

Inlet Dance will do a live/virtual performance on Saturday August 22, with Cleveland Public Theatre closing the series with a “pop-up” on Saturday August 29.
