Are your dinners getting monotonous as you are eating in more often and running out of ideas?
Join local chef Doug Katz (Zhug, Chimi, fire food and drink and Provenance at the Cleveland Museum of Art) for some new ideas, as he walks you through preparing a Sunday meal. Sign up and you’ll get a list of ingredients on Friday; then tune in on Zoom on Sunday to learn how to put them all together. With his interest in flavors from around the world, it’s bound to put some new tastes on your table.
The “Chase the Flavor” event will help fund scholarships for Tri-C’s Hospitality Management program so the next generation of chefs can follow in Katz’s footsteps, even if they have more ambition than money. Suggested donation is $20.
