“Little Steven” Van Zandt Debuts Roadshow Program With Cleveland Guests

New Jersey singer/guitarist/songwriter/producer and co-founder of Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes, “Little Steven” Van Zandt, debuts his TeachRock virtual roadshow this Thursday July 16. This series of “living room-style chats” will features musicans, educators and other guests talking about music, education and politics.

The guests on the first program will be familiar to most Clevelanders. It will be hosted by former Cleveland resident, comedian Drew Carey. Guests include longtime Pat Benatar guitarist, songwriter (and husband), Parma’s Neil Giraldo; Lance Freed, son of DJ Alan Freed who passed through Cleveland on his way to legend status in NYC; Cleveland musician Michael Stanley and musician/educator Conya Doss; Steve Popovich Jr. of Cleveland International Records (son of CI founder Steve Popovich); Hough Reads founder Rhonda Crowder; youth activists from Columbus’ Mosaic program; and more.
