This Sunday, on their Chase the Flavor Zoom cooking class, market founder Donita Anderson will demonstrate how to make a French-style ratatouille, with fresh, seasonal local produce — all of which is available at North Union’s market.
Register for the class and on Friday July 24, you’ll get an email with a recipe and ingredient list. You can shop at North Union’s Shaker Market on Saturday to be ready for the class Sunday morning. The class is free; there’s a suggested donation of $20 to benefit the nonprofit market. Register here.
