Just in time for its scheduled summer shows, SPACES in Ohio City is reopening its doors — on a limited basis. Starting Saturday June 27, visitors will be allowed in the gallery Wednesdays-Saturdays @ noon-5pm, by appointment only. Sixty-minute time slots will be available to eight visitors at a time; you can go to their website and sign up now, as well as to learn their safety protocols.
What will you get to see? The new shows include artist-in-residence from Chicago Danielle Andress’ The Grass Is Always Greener (pictured); Crisis Resources by Chicago artists Michael Workman; Universal Approximator from New Jersey’s Jeff Thompson; and SPACES Season Pass Members Feature, juried by Oberlin’s Andrea Gyorody. The shows run through August 7.
