While closed, the Cleveland Museum of Art has been sharing a variety of interesting content with art lovers. Now it’s bringing the party back, but for now, that party will still be in your house.
In the month that would have been capped by CMA’s annual Solstice Party, now cancelled, it’s offering its monthly MIX evening, virtual version. The theme is Bloom, and it includes a live DJ set by JonDoeThoi, with animated visuals of floral designs from CMA’s collection, brought to life by motion graphics artist Jessica Williams. You’re invited to dress in florals or even wear a flower crown to set the mood. And this month, your kids and pets are invited to join in. Yeah, we know your cat just went “whatever” and went back to sleep.
