All Tomorrow’s Parties was Andy Warhol’s favorite Velvet Underground song. And it’s become one of Vanity Crash’s favorites, as well. It features Virginia Plain Crash in her lead vocal debut. The band feature it in their next Vanity Crash Pad, but you need to snag a FREE ticket to join the fun.

The lockdown is especially hard on bands who thrive on gigging, and their fans. Fortunately, Vanity Crash had the brilliant idea to record and film their latest gig in February, 2020 with multi-track stereo and five cameras rolling. Filmmaker Donn Nottage was behind the lens, and the band was rockin’ like it had something to prove.

The band has been working hard to produce a new live DVD, Live n’ Shakin’, available exclusively for pre-order now. This live document captures this band in all their visceral intensity at one of the grittiest clubs in Cleveland.

Every other Sunday at 7PM Eastern, join the band live on Zoom, chat with them in the comments, and learn a little about the band’s unique originals and some of the definitive cover versions they perform. Secure your free pass here. Episode 5 on Sunday, May 31 at 7PM features Vanity Crash’s harmony singer Virginia Plain Crash taking the lead vocal on the Velvet Underground rarity, All Tomorrow’s Parties.

In tonight’s episode, each member of the band will discuss one album that they would take on a Desert Island. This will be exciting for the band, too, since none of them know what the other bandmate is going to share. Join in on the conversation and talk about the album you couldn’t live without.

We call it the Vanity Crash Pad, and you’re welcome to join by clicking below, or at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/vanity-crash-pad-0531-all-tomorrows-parties-tickets-106586001600. The whole thing will take about 30 minutes, so don’t be late. At the end, you’ll be treated to the premiere of a newly edited cut from the new live DVD, Live n’ Shakin’, fully edited in multitrack sound and five-camera video. The band was rockin’, and they will rock again!
