Lilly Confections Is Closed But Its Amazeballs Are Back

A few months ago, Lilly Chocolates and Confections, which had moved from Tremont to Old Brooklyn, where it had expanded its offerings beyond its signature truffles, announced it was closing after more than a decade.

However, the motivation wasn’t the shop’s failure but a new business created by Lilly owners called Buoyant Brands. It describes itself as “a focused health + wellness company crafting a premium line of intelligently formulated chocolate products infused with hemp-derived cannabinoids, natural herbs, and botanicals, known as functional chocolates.” Their products include herbal formulations designed to enhance physical and mental wellbeing in humans — something we could all use right now — and dog chews intended to do the same for your pet.

In addition, due to demand from former customers, Buoyant Brands also features a “Lilly’s Guilty Pleasures” section, where fans can order their “Amazeballs,” currently available in peanut butter and dark chocolate in boxes of 12. These don’t contain CBD, just deliciousness. All products are available for delivery only.
