Singer/songwriter/guitarist Bob Frank has had a long career as a professional musician. he was member of the Hotfoot Quarter for nearly 20 years, and jump/swing/blues ensemble Blue Lunch for nearly 30. Last year, he said farewell to Blue Lunch to focus on his solo material, following the late 2018 release of his first-ever solo album True Stories and Outrageous Lies.
As someone who makes his living doing music — playing concerts and clubs as well as doing educational programs in schools — he’s pretty much out of work now. He just posted this new tune “The Unessential Worker,” reflecting on how many of us feel right now. Give it a listen!
