Cleveland Metroparks Puts Out Call for Bands to Play Its Summer Concerts

For anyone who hasn’t been paying attention, the Cleveland Metroparks has greatly expanded its free summertime music offerings, adding to long-time favorites such as the Edgewater LIVE series, in its seventh season in 2019, and Euclid Beach LIVE, with a dramatic increase in the number and locations of live concerts. Last summer it hosted more than 65 such events.

The park district is currently accepting applications for bands of all genres — both original and cover bands — to play at these concerts, as well as special events. The deadline for submission is February 24; there’s more information and an application form at clevelandmetroparks.com/concerts.

The concert lineup will be announced in May.
