Slavic Village’s Fleet Street had had a facelift in the last few years. If you haven’t visited yet, stop down for the Slavic Village HoliDazzle taking place outside in the street for — what else? — a tree lighting with caroling then moving inside the Magalen at 5203 Fleet (which will be festooned with holiday decorations) where there’ll be a holiday market featuring local makers, a band doing bluegrass versions of Christmas songs, the chance to have your photo taken with Mr. and Mrs. Claus, and a potluck meal to which you’re invited to bring a dish.
The event is free and family-friendly. Come meet the neighbors and next thing you know, you’ll want to move to Slavic Village too!
