Coventry Village’s Holiday Festival Offers Fun for Adults and Kids. Also Adoptable Animals.

Sat 12/14 @ 11AM-11PM

Coventry Village in Cleveland Heights will be bustling with activity during the Coventry Village Holiday Festival, an all-day festival of shopping, eating and special activities.

Up and down the street, you’ll find plenty of activities including a paper craft workshop at Lake Erie Ink from 10:30AM-noon, free pictures with Santa from noon-4pm, hot chocolate and stories at the Coventry library at 2 & 3pm, a free holiday movie at the old Centrum Theater at 2:30, and — warning! warning! adoptable pets from the Cleveland APL to pet and play with, and possibly even fall in love with and — wait — what as that you said about not getting another cat?

The Jungle Bell Rock N’ Shop will be going on at the Grog Shop and B-Side from noon-5pm if you’d like to pick up something from a local artist, artisan or maker. And for the adults unencumbered by kids (or who sent them home), there’s the Ugly Sweater Bar Crawl, happening from 8-10pm at Panini’s, BD’s Mongolian, Bodega, the Grog Shop and the B Side Lounge.

Most events are free.
