Learn About Ohio Arts Professionals Network at Networking Event at CLE Urban Winery

Wed 12/4 @ 5:30-8:30PM

Recently, Cleveland’s Jessica Rosenblatt was named executive director of the Columbus-based Ohio Arts Professionals Network, founded in 1960. The organization describes its mission as “to provide programs and services that strengthen the quality and scope of the performing arts in Ohio.” Its members include artists, managers, performing arts centers, bookers and service organizations.

Rosenblatt is well prepared for the job. She’s a go-getter who has booked talent for area clubs, done p.r. for Cain Park, acted as booking agent for her wife, singer/songwriter/guitarist Diana Chittester, and with Chittester, started Fighting Chance Records to promote other musicians as well.

This multitasking bundle of energy held a networking event Nighttown in October, but if you missed that one, she’s having another at CLE Urban Winery in Cleveland Heights. Musicians, booking agents, talent buyers, dance groups, performing arts center bookers and other venue owners, photographers and videographers, and anyone else in the performing arts community is invited to attend the free event.

Rosenblatt will do a presentation about the organization, what it can do to help boost various segments of the arts community, and her plans for expanding its reach. There’ll be time for questions and mingling with other guests, plus free appetizers and a cash bar. Seating is limited; reserve your spot here.
