Local Metal Band A Killer’s Confession Releases Album #2 at the Odeon

Sat 10/26 @ 7PM

North Carolina vocalist Waylon Reavis arrived in Cleveland in the mid ’00s to join Mushroomhead when Jason “J Mann” Popson left the band. He sang with the group for a decade, leaving in 2015 after performing on three albums. But he’s still a Clevelander, and formed a new band, A Killer’s Confession, shortly after that. There have been some personnel shifts since the band made its performing debut in late 2016, with the current lineup including guitarists Brock Star and Mark Alexander, bassist JP Cross and drummer Morgan Bauer.

The group released their debut album Unbroken in early 2017. They’re now following it up with The Indifference of Good Men, on the Miami/Chicago based Wake Up! Music Group. A single, “Numb,” preceded its release, one of a dozen tracks on the album. They’ll celebrate the release with a series of regional dates that includes a stop at the Odeon in the Flats this weekend.

It’s an all-ages show, and tickets are $15.
