The Dark Room, which takes place at the Church at CPT on the Cleveland Public Theatre campus, happens on the second Tuesday of each month. Here, writers of all types can present their material out for a public airing, performed by whatever actors or willing volunteers happen to show up. Casting happens on the spot. Plays, novels, poems and pretty much anything else are all welcome. Writers can bring up to ten pages to be read and get feedback from the crowd.
Sign-up starts at 7pm; readings start at 7:30pm. It’s free but donations are very welcome!
