This month’s MIX party at the Cleveland Museum of Art is all about magic, riffing on the spirit of Halloween.
Partygoers are invited to come in costume (but please no heavy face paint, oversized costumes or prop weapons) and spent the evening enjoying specialty cocktails, dancing to music spun by a DJ, and taking in gallery talks on magic and illusion with references to works in the collection that use them as subject matter. Food is available at Provenance Café until 8:30.
Tickets are $10 in advance, $15 at the door. MIX is 18 and over only.
