Sat 10/5 & Sun 10/6 @ 10am-4pm
Goblins in the Garden is back at Holden Arboretum, giving kids a chance to take their Halloween costumes out for a first spin.
The family-friendly event features a dozing array of fall-related activities and other fun stuff, including wagon rides, a straw pyramid climb, a hedge maze, a petting zoo, pony rides, games, crafts and, of course, face painting. A scarecrow display and decorated gardens will help set a festive mood. There will be plenty of trick-or-treat opportunities as well.
On Saturday only, there will be a beer garden for those over 21, which mom and dad can take turns enjoying while the other one chaperones the kids. Tickets are $10 for kids, $20 for adults, and tickets for the Murch Canopy Walk and Kalberer Family Emergent Tower are included.
