If you really want to take in the exquisite architecture of a neighborhood’s homes, you have to get out of your car and slow down. Walking is certainly one of the best ways to do this, but if you want to cover some ground (but not miss anything), get on a bicycle.
The Shaker Historical Society is holding a bicycle tour to share some of the city’s Tudor Revival architecture and a ride led by an architect and an avid cyclists. The two professionals will share the stories behind these Shaker Heights homes as you pedal through the streets at a comfortable pace.
