There are those who try to derail the discussion about gun control by saying that this or that shooting wouldn’t have been stopped by this or that law and anyway “When guns are outlawed, only outlaws …” etc.
Whatever. In conjunction with their current exhibits exploring guns in American culture, SPACES Gallery is hosting on a panel discussion called “Outgunned: Can We Really Remove Guns from the Streets?” Presumably the panelists, members of Cleveland’s Gun Buyback program, will push back on the idea that we shouldn’t even try.
