The Berea Arts Fest will again be filling downtown Berea will a kaleidoscope of creative activities for the 29th year.
As usual, Front Street will be packed with art and crafts vendors — more than 120 of hem — offering jewelry, ceramics, painting, metal, glass and wood works, photography, prints and more. There’ll also be food booth, information booths from community organizations and a raffle tent where you can try to win a donated work by one of the artists or another great prize.
You can also watch live artist demonstration, catch strolling performers such as the living statue joyUnspeakable and MorrisonDance, or take in some live music by groups such as gypsy jazz band Hot Djang and the lively salsified sound of Sammy DeLeon’s Latin Jazz Orchestra. And you’ll want to take the little ones to the Kids Kreation Station, where they choose from several take-home art projects.
