Guitarist/vocalist/songwriter Bob Frank is extremely well known to Cleveland audiences. He’s performed with local jump blues/swing/rock band Blue Lunch for almost 25 years and before that the Hotfoot Quartet.
Last October, he released a solo acoustic blues CD called True Stories and Outrageous Lies on Rip Cat Records. That record has earned him a nomination for a BluesBlast Magazine award in the acoustic blues category. You can go to their website and vote for him through Fri 8/16.
In addition, Frank will be travelling to Rockford, Illinois September 13 to perform at the awards ceremony.
