Take some time to stroll along the river and check out some art at the Fourth Annual Flats Festival of the Arts, taking place on the East Bank’s newly developed area. There you’ll find artists from across the country offering work in a variety of media including painting, photography, ceramics, sculpture and the inevitable jewelry.
The festival is a stop on the Sparx City Tour so you can hope a trolley to get there. It’s free, but they’ll be taking donations to benefit the Cleveland School of the Arts.
