There’s music everywhere in northeast Ohio all summer long, and we’re spotting new music series cropping up all over the place.
One of those is Warehouse Wednesdays in the downtown Warehouse District where from now through 8/14, acoustic artists will perform in the restored courtyard space of the Worthington Yards apartments. On Wed 7/10 you can hear one of Cleveland’s most accomplished singer/songwriters, Brent Kirby, who is also a mentor to others with his 10 x 3 songwriter nights at Brothers Lounge.
Look for Gretchen Pleuss 7/17, Ray Flanagan 7/24, Jul Big Green 7/31, Jacob Frish 8/7 and Gina Brooklyn 8/14.
Also, at 12:45 on Warehouse Wednesdays, there will be a tour of the building’s art gallery featuring the work of more than 30 of the area’s best visual artists.
Enter the building through the metal gates on St. Clair just east of W. 9th Street; go up the alleyway.
