Got some special occasions coming up — birthdays, weddings, anniversaries — and feel like you want to give something unique and locally made? Hit some of the handcrafted markets that have popped up all over town.
The Cleveland Bazaar has been hosting such markets in the area in different locations longer than anyone else, and it has a deep roster of local artists and craftspeople. Throughout the summer it presents markets every other week @ 10am-4pm at Market Square Park across from the West Side Market. This week’s one of their weeks.
Then head over to Mahall’s 20 Lanes in Lakewood where its pop-up markets happen the first Saturday of the month @ 11am-5pm. You’ll find art, books, records, vintage & handmade clothing, housewares, jewelry, collectibles and more.
