For the 5th summer, the heavily Hispanic Clark-Fulton neighborhood celebrates and shares the gifts of its culture with each other and the non-Hispanic public at the La Placita summer series, a celebration of Latino culture and commerce.

Come share the music, cultural programming, interactive art, food and the wares of the small artisan entrepreneurs emerging from the local community. July entertainment includes African diaspora musical ensemble Kombilese Ase, Ritmo y Raza and the Latin Dance Rebels performances, Latin fusion band the Suavecito Project and salsa/Latin Jazz big band Papo Ruiz y La Dulzura De La Salsa.

The open-air market takes place in the parking lot of the Hispanic Business Center at 3104 West 25th Street. It’s free.
