Take advantage of the outdoor yoga season before the inevitable cold sets in and join an outdoor yoga class in Lakewood’s downtown greenspace at Hoffman Park.
There Lakewood’s Pink Lotus Yoga will be leading Sunday Morning yoga for four weeks in August in the grass near the playground on the park’s western end. The class is free, but registration is highly recommended. Dress comfortably, and bring a mat, towel or blanket. Classes will be cancelled if the weather is bad.
