Eat, Drink & Be Merry at the Taste of Tremont

Sun 7/21 @ noon-8PM

Although it’s got lots of competition now, Tremont was one of Cleveland’s first foodie neighborhoods, with eateries moving into the newly gentrified neighborhood more than two decades ago on the heels of artists.

It’s still a community with a diverse group of restaurants, bars and lounges both casual and high-end, which makes it a natural to hold a neighborhood food fest. So Taste of Tremont, now in its 16th year, has grown into a huge event, attracting up to 20,000 people from all over the region, with lots to eat and drink, vendors to shop and live music to listen and dance to. And it’s free so you can spend your money on consumables. It takes place on Professor Avenue which is blocked off for the event, along with areas of Fairfield and Starkweather.
