Cure Concert Film Opens Cleveland Cinema’s Rock Film Series

If your summer isn’t rockin’ enough, Cleveland Cinemas is bringing a fix, with its series of concert films and music documentaries, screening at the Capitol Theatre and the Cedar Lee.

It opens with The Cure — Anniversary 1978 — 2018 Live in Hyde Park concert film, directed by Tim Pope, documenting the 40-year catalogue of this seminal British band, performed live, presented in partnership with the Grog Shop.

It takes place at the Capitol Theatre. Admission is $15.

Other films in the series feature Phish, Jimi Hendrix, the Beatles, the Grateful Dead, Rush and the Talking Heads, whose critically lauded Stop Making Sense will be screened.
