The Cleveland Orchestra goes pops this weekend at Blossom Music Center when it performs a tribute to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, who died last summer.
Lucas Waldin conducts the orchestra as they welcome two guest vocalists: classically trained Broadway actress/singer Capathia Jenkins (pictured) and soul singer Ryan Shaw, along with the Blossom Festival Chorus. Expect to hear all the great Aretha hits from “Respect,” to “Chain of Fools” to “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman.”
