Check Out Who Has the Greenest Thumb at GardenWalk Cleveland

Sat 7/13-Sun 7/14 @ 10AM-5PM

Gardenwalk Cleveland happened for the first time in 2011, after its two organizers each went independently to the Buffalo Gardenwalk and were inspired, thinking that Cleveland too needed an opportunity to show the community its growing multitudes of community and backyard gardens and other green spaces.

It’s a self-guided tour where you can choose your own hours and route. Just go to the information booth/refreshment station in each participating neighborhood to pick up a map. On Sat 7/13, the participating neighborhoods are Detroit Shoreway, West Park and Old Brooklyn; on Sun 7/14 visit Little Italy, Fairfax, Collinwood and Broadway Slavic Village. You can also get a guide in advance at any Dave’s Supermarket if you want to plot out your tour beforehand.

It’s free.
