When Parade the Circle happens on Wade Oval Sat 6/8, watchers on the parade route will see a spectacular procession of colorful and fantastic costumes, masks and props. Anyone who has stopped in the PTC workshop tent across the Cleveland Museum of Art in the last few weeks has spotted tantalizing bits and pieces strewn across tables and floors, as artists and community members saw, cut, glue, paint and apply layers of decoration. It will all come together this weekend; here are some photos that give only a hint of will be on view at noon Saturday.
