Tremont’s Prosperity Social Club lives up to the “social club” moniker with in the way it rolls out special food, drink and entertainment to celebrate … well, virtually anything’s a good excuse to celebration there.
On Fri 2/15 it will be rolling out its Valentine’s Day specials — with settings suitable for a romantic date night, or a fun-loving group of friends.
“Love is in the air here for sure,” says owner Bonnie Flinner. “Over the last 13 years we have witnessed countless awkward first dates, watched many relationships bloom and even hosted a few weddings.”
Sit in front of the fire with a hot drink or a special cocktail like their chocolate raspberry martini, or gather round a table with your posse and order from the menu of “elevated comfort food.” You’ll probably want to split that chocolate molten lava cake with mixed berry coulis.
From 8-11pm the Two Souls — singer/songwriter Gary Lee and guitarist/bassist/vocalist Dave Huddleston — will perform move-struck music heavy on Beatles tunes like “Love Me Do,” She Loves You” and “All My Loving.”
Reservations aren’t required, but are recommended for dining.
