Join Other Cycling Enthusiasts and Get Involved at Bike Cleveland’s Annual Meeting

Sun 1/27 @ 4-7PM

In the past decade or so, Cleveland has, surprisingly, grown into one of the country’s leading cities for bicycling, with an increasing number of cyclists, bike shops of all types, more and more bike lanes, regular rides such as Slow Roll Cleveland and Critical Mass, and the biggest urban bicycle/bike lifestyle festivals in the country (NEOcycle). And yes, people cycle even in the weather pictured above. Dress warm!

A lot of the credit for this growth can be attributed to Bike Cleveland, founded in the spring of 2011. The group helps to support and promote biking-friendly events of all kinds.

If you’d like to get involved, you are welcome to its 2019 annual meeting, taking place at Sachsenheim Hall. There you can meet fellow cyclists, learn what’s in the pipeline and ways you can get involved and enjoy a free dinner (The Sachsenheim bar will be open to purchase drinks). There will be local bike shops and other organizations there to show off products and projects.

The event is open to members, and anyone who joins up prior to the meeting. Membership is just $35. Join and register here.
