Classical Revolution Is Back at the Happy Dog

Tue 1/15 @ 8PM

Classical Revolution has become a fixture in Gordon Square, celebrating its 9th anniversary of free monthly shows at the Happy Dog last month. And in the fall they were named the first-ever Gordon Square musician in residence, playing pop-up gigs around the neighborhood.

While there a core members, such as director/violinist Ariel Clayton Karas, the cast changes from month to month, featuring a variety of local and visiting professional classical musicians of all types, giving them an outlet to play music they couldn’t perform in a traditional concert often blending genres or adding improvisation. You never know who will be there.

And it’s always free.
