Sustainable Cleveland Holds Its Final 2018 Quarterly Meeting at MOCA Cleveland

Thu 12/13 @ 5:30-7:30PM

As hard as it is to believe for those of us who were in at the beginning, the Sustainable Cleveland 2019 initiative is sailing for port. Its wrap-up will take place next June on the 50th anniversary of the famous Cuyahoga River fire, which was the impetus for the Clean Water Act and a host of other environmental actions.

Learn more at the last Sustainable Cleveland quarterly meeting of 2018 at place at MOCA Cleveland. You’ll hear about the plans for the events around the anniversary and the conclusion of Sustainable Cleveland 2019, what plans and projects have been spurred by it, and what people are doing to keep the momentum going. And you’ll have the chance to network with others concerned about the environment. You’ll also have a chance to see Alexis Rockman’s Great Lakes cycle paintings which address the pollution and degradation of the lakes.

The event is free and there will be complimentary munchies as well as a cash bar. Register here.
