There are so many holiday markets going on right now. Some last one day, some two or three. Some are curated, some are gloried rummage sales, still others are sponsored by area arts organizations and showcase the work of local artists.
But if the people on your gift list lean heavily toward rock & rollers, you will want to check out the Beachland Ballroom & Tavern’s annual Rock N Rill Holiday Flea Market. Here you’ll find the largest selection of music (heavy on vinyl) and rock-related memorabilia and paraphernalia such as jewelry, posters, books and collectibles. But you’ll also find the type of stuff rockers tend to like — rock-influenced art, vintage clothing and other retro finds.
Expect some two-dozen vendors with an unpredictable mix of totally fun stuff. The kitchen will also be open, serving the Beachland’s eclectic mix of food from meals and munchies. Admission is free.
