Convergence-Continuum Stages Play Exploring Women’s Mid-Life Regrets

Fri 11/30-Sat 12/15 @ 8PM

Their upcoming production of Gina Ginofriddo’s 2012 play Rapture, Blister, Burn is a stylistic change for Tremont’s Convergence-Continuum theater, which usually presents plays with absurdist or surrealistic elements and outrageous humor.

While Rapture, Blister, Burn has some humorous aspects, it’s a predominantly serious play addressing critical life choices. It centers on two college friends who have gone in opposite directions, one with a husband, home and children, the other high-powered academic career, and the regrets both are feeling 20 years later about their choices.

It runs Thursdays through Saturdays @ 8pm through Sat 12/15 at the Liminis Theater. Tickets are $15-$20.
