Youth Art Program Shooting Without Bullets Holds “Wreck Room” Benefit at Negative Space Gallery

Thu 10/11 @ 6-9PM

Amanda King started Shooting Without Bullets to give minority young people ages 14-19 an outlet to express their creativity and the issues affecting their lives and community in a nonviolent way — with art. Photography is the main emphasis, but the organization also draws on mixed media, fashion, hip hop and performance.

See some of that work and support it at “Rage Against Injustice, a benefit taking place at Negative Space Gallery in the Asian Town Center. There’ll be food, Beer & wine, music, art on display and a curated “Wreck Room.”

Tickets are $25-$35. Buy them here.
